Commitment for After-sales Services
After-sales Service Tenet: Based on the principle of maximizing user satisfaction, the Company has established marketing and service agencies in major cities in China to provide users with fast and perfect pre-sales, sales and after-sales services.
Telephone Consulting Services: In case of product-related questions, please call the service hotline 400-677-1919 of the Company and the service personnel of the Company will provide customers with professional and detailed responses.
Quick Door-to-door Services: In case of problems requiring on-site solutions during the use of the products, door-to-door services will be provided within 12 hours in the provincial capital cities and the locations where the offices are located.
Free Warranty Services: Within two years since the date of delivery, for product quality problems caused by non-human factors, the Company will provide free repair or replacement, and provide paid maintenance services at the cost of components after two years; for product failures caused by human factors, maintenance costs will be charged at cost.
Free Training Services: Free training will be provided for software operators and technical maintenance personnel of customers.
